Psycho-legal (Forensic) work in Family Law, focusing on Care and Contact Assessments in divorce and separation matters. I have been an expert witness in magistrate and High Court cases. Cases range from standard care and contact to complicated matters such as those involving domestic violence, parent alienation, and international relocation matters.

Mediation and Parent Coordination (PC)

The Children’s Act 38 of 2005 upholds the practice of mediating family disputes, circumventing confrontational interactions where minor children run the risk of mental, emotional, or physical harm and promoting conciliatory co-parenting. FAMAC accredited. PC acting in post-divorce/separation matters involving co-parents and minor children.

A special interest in Mood Disorders (Depression, Anxiety, and panic disorder) and Couple Therapy (including LGBTQIA+). Trained and internships in both clinical and counselling fields.
